Data deletion

How to have the data we hold about you removed — including the automatic request Facebook sends when you remove the app — and how to check that it happened.

1.If you signed in with Facebook

Removing CraftiConnect from your Facebook account (Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites) and choosing to delete your data sends us a request automatically. We then remove the link between your Facebook account and your CraftiConnect sign-in, and any profile picture we obtained from Facebook. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; enter it below to see what was done.

Your CraftiConnect account itself is not deleted by this, because it may also be reachable with a password or another provider. To delete the account, sign in and use Profile → Delete account, or write to us.

3.Deleting anything else

  • Your account — Profile → Delete account removes your sign-in, sessions and profile. Messages you wrote inside a workspace stay with that workspace, attributed to a former member.
  • A customer record — a workspace member can delete or block a contact from Customers.
  • A whole workspace — the owner can delete it from Settings → General.

For anything else, or if you messaged a business that uses CraftiConnect and want your messages removed, write to privacy@crafticode.com. We answer within 30 days, and where we hold data only on a business's behalf we forward the request to them and tell you we have.
